To resize, gently open cuff until it is just big enough to slip over your wrist sideways (not over your hand). Generally that will be a comfortable size and you can just leave it, slipping it on and off sideways over your wrist when needed.

• Remove cuff when swimming or in the shower and avoid exposing to significant amounts of moisture or perspiration.
• Avoid exposure to sunscreen, perfume, cosmetics, household bleach, and other strong chemicals like alcohol which can wear away the finish over time.
