  • The tag is ready to use when you receive it, simply use the included ring to fasten it to your pet's collar like an ID tag.
  • If your pet has more than one other tag, please position it on the outside of the other tags rather than between them.
  • The tag only works when it is on or near your pet, so if you take their collar off at night then please place it in their bed next to them.

Is the tag waterproof?

  • Yes, it is completely waterproof and may be worn while bathing or swimming.

How do I clean the tag?

  • Simply wash it with warm water and a mild detergent like dish washing soap.

Can my pet sleep with the tag on?

  • Yes, in fact they should sleep with it on so they are protected at night also. If you take their collar off at night please place it in their bed next to them.
