What are the charges for shipping and tax?  Shipping within the continental United States is free, so there is no additional cost unless you choose Express Shipping for $14.99. For Alaska, Hawaii, and non-continental U.S. territories shipping is based on the weight of the order and starts at $1.99. Tax is only charged in the state of Colorado.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?  The products will usually ship within 1 business day. Delivery time varies, but your order will generally arrive in 3 to 5 business days with free Standard Shipping, but may take longer depending on your location, time of year, etc. Expedited Shipping will generally arrive in 2 to 3  business days, but there is no guarantee on the delivery time. If you are in a hurry we recommend choosing Expedited Shipping, although this option may not be available during checkout if something in your cart is temporarily out of stock.

Important note: Your order may ship via a UPS or DHL service, but most orders are actually delivered by the post office. If you click on your tracking link and the information is incomplete or shows no movement, please copy the tracking number and paste it into the USPS tracking website at this link:

What is the Package Insurance Policy on my order?  We add a small surcharge to your order that provides complete insurance protection in the event your shipment is lost, damaged, or stolen. If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, please contact us and we will reship the affected items immediately. You may remove the Package Insurance Policy from your order in the shopping cart, but then if your order is damaged or lost you would need to follow up with the shipping carrier.

Do you ship internationally?  Shipping is available to most international destinations from this website. Please review our important international shipping terms and conditions here.

I just received my product, how do I install or size it? Please click the Shop link on our menu and go the page for your product, then scroll down to look for the section called "Instructions & FAQs". There you will find a link to a page with all of the necessary information. Please let us know if you have additional questions.

What is the return policy?  You may return new, unused products in original condition within 30 days of receipt. If the product is damaged or shows wear and tear then a refund will not be issued, so be sure not to damage or alter the product if you are unsure whether you will keep it. Please contact us to arrange for a return, and please be sure to use a return shipping method with a tracking number. More details on our return policy are available here.

What is the warranty policy?  All products are warranted for one year under normal/intended use for defects in materials and workmanship. Any product found to be defective we will gladly replace for you.

Do you offer a money back guarantee?  We do not offer a money back guarantee for used products, and the reasons for this are 1) There is no possibility that the products will not work to protect your health in the presence of EMF radiation;  2) The products are not designed to fix existing health problems or make you feel different; 3) the products do not block EMF radiation, so there is nothing to "test" to see if it is working. Do you offer a pay over time / installment payment plan? If you choose to pay with Shop Pay or PayPal you will usually be offered the option to pay over 4 installments. Either program will require a brief credit approval process. Details about the Shop Pay program are available here and the PayPal program here.

Do you offer shipping insurance to protect against damaged or stolen packages? Yes, we offer a shipping insurance plan called Route that you may add to your order on the shopping cart page for a small fee. Since we are not responsible for packages that are stolen or misplaced after delivery, if you are concerned that this may be an issue we recommend that you choose this inexpensive insurance option. We especially recommend this for international orders since they are more likely to be damaged or lost in transit.

What is your carbon neutral shipping program about? EMF Harmony is proud to partner with Carbon Fund to purchase carbon offsets for all of our shipping activities. That means the delivery of your products is carbon neutral and has no adverse effect on our environment. We are also a member of the Carbonfree business partner program to offset the other operations of our business.

Do the EMF Harmony products protect from 5G and future technologies?  Yes, our technology works for 5G, so all of our products will offer protection for this new cellular technology. In fact our technology works for all forms of EMF radiation, including from the conventional electricity in your home, geopathic stress from the earth, and even satellite signals from space.

This means our bio-energetic technology is "future proof" in that it will work for any type of electromagnetic signal that may be developed for future wireless communication. Of course we do improve our technology and products over time, but the old products will continue to be effective for any new future wireless technologies. 

Which products should I start with? This depends on your lifestyle, such as where and how you spend your time, and how much EMF radiation you are exposed to as a result:

  • Since we all spend a significant amount of time at home, we always recommend the Home & Office.
  • Since your cell phone and WiFi router are likely the two most powerful emitters of EMF's in your life, we recommend the Harmonizer+ for your phone and Harmonizer Ultra for your router.
  • If you use a laptop, iPad, or Bluetooth device regularly, especially outside of an area protected by the Home & Office, then you should have a Harmonizer for each of them.
  • When you travel or are otherwise outside of an area protected by the Home & Office, then one of our wearable EMF protection products are ideal solutions.
  • If you spend a significant amount of time in your car, the EMF Harmonizer Car is recommended.

If you prefer to start with one product, then a wearable EMF product would be an ideal choice, since they are the most versatile. (Or the Apple Watchband if you have an Apple Watch, which offers the same protection as these.)

Since all of the products work together synergistically, for maximum protection you would ultimately add all of the products as described above. This is especially true if you live in an area with high EMF exposure, such as an area where 5G technology has been deployed.

If I have a wearable EMF Harmony product do I still need the other products? These products are not designed to replace the other devices, as the different devices have different areas of focus. The wearable products' primary focus is to support your body so that it can better manage the stress of EMF exposure, while the Harmonizer, Harmonizer+ and Harmonizer Ultra products focus more on harmonizing the electromagnetic radiation of the device to which they are attached. In the case of the Home & Office and EMF Harmonizer Car, a protected field is created where all people (and pets) are protected through a combination of harmonizing the EMF radiation and supporting the health of the body.

So as described in the question before this one, since all of the products work together synergistically, for maximum protection you would ultimately add all of the products. This is especially true if you live in an area with high EMF exposure, such as an area where 5G technology has been deployed.

How long will the products last?  All of the EMF Harmony products will work effectively indefinitely, so you don't ever have to replace them. However, our technology is updated regularly to keep pace with the rapid change in the type and amount of EMF's in the world today, so you could benefit from replacing the Harmonizer, Harmonizer+, Mobility, Mobility+, Pendant Necklace, and Apple Watchband approximately every five years, and the Home & Office and Car every ten years. This is optional, however, as the products will continue to offer effective protection indefinitely.

Are the products safe for use when pregnant or nursing or with a pacemaker or defibrillator? Yes, the products are safe in such situations as they are not magnetic nor do they emit any EMF's themselves. Since they operate at the energetic level they are completely safe for young babies and will not interact with medical devices or medications.

Can I move a product from one device or location to another? Yes, products with adhesive backing for devices like your cell phone (Harmonizer+), WiFi router (Harmonizer Ultra), laptop or iPad (Harmonizer), and automobile (EMF Harmonizer Car) may be used on a new device or new car if you change them - but should not be shared between devices on a daily basis. The metal plates for the Home & Office may be moved to a new home, apartment, or workplace if you move.

How do I measure the effects of the products? The EMF Harmony technology operates at the sub-atomic level and does not block or alter EMF’s, so it is not possible to measure its effects with an EMF measuring instrument. As explained on the 'How' page of our website, the technology neutralizes the sub-atomic energy of the EMF radiation and provides energetic support to your body so that your health is maintained in the presence of the EMF's.

It is possible to measure the effects of the products by taking physiological health measurements with and without the use of the products in the presence of EMF radiation. Please see the 'Research' page on our website for a host of studies that demonstrate physiological health improvements from using the technology.

Also, at the bottom of the ‘How’ page you will find a quick test using lemon juice that you can run with one of our bracelets, pendant necklace, or watchband that will demonstrate that the technology is doing something, which is noticeable in the taste of the juice.

Will I feel the effects of the products? This depends on how sensitive you are to the effects of EMF radiation, the amount of EMF radiation you are exposed to, your general state of health, and many other variables. So in short, you may or may not feel any effects from using the products. Whether you feel anything or not, they will be protecting your health.

People who are sensitive to EMF radiation may feel a difference - and as you read the reviews on the product pages you will see many examples of that - but that is not always the case. Many people will not notice a difference, mainly because most people are not sensitive to EMFs. However, just because you don't notice the effects of EMF radiation does not mean that it does not damage your health, or that our EMF protection products are not helping.

It may be compared to taking a nutritional supplement. When you first take a new supplement you do not “feel” different, but it nonetheless has measurable benefits to your health, especially over the long run. Likewise, although you may not “feel” the effects, the EMF Harmony technology is supporting your body’s health, as has been documented in a number of studies (see the ‘Research’ page on our website). Whether you are sensitive to the effects of electromagnetic radiation or not, they do damage your health with long term exposure (see the ‘Why’ page on our website).

Please note that the EMF Harmony products are not designed to treat or cure a specific symptom or existing health condition that you may have. Even if a symptom is caused or contributed to by EMF radiation, any number of variables may impact its ability to be reduced - such as the strength of the radiation, your underlying health and energy state, other toxins in your environment, etc. Regardless of whether any symptoms you feel change, your health is being protected by our products.

Research has shown that EMF radiation exposure may contribute to a variety of health issues, but it is seldom the only cause, so you should not expect "healing" or "curing" simply by using the products. EMF radiation is an environmental toxin and it is important to support your body's health from its negative effects, especially over the long-term, and that is what the EMF Harmony products do.

What are the products made of? The products are made of different materials depending on which one it is, but most of them are stainless steel and/or silicon rubber. It will always be noted on the product page or its FAQ page. It is important to note that the effectiveness of the products has nothing to do with what they are made of. The "active ingredient" in all the products is the energy information which they contain that is applied in our workshop in Europe, as described on the How page. There are no magnets, stones, minerals, electric charges, etc. in the products, just the bio-energetic information that interacts with the energy in its surrounding environment.

Can the products be exposed to an airport security scanner, X-ray, or similar radiation? Yes, the products will not be affected, and in fact the wearable items are designed to be used in such cases to help protect your health.

How do your products compare to other EMF protection products? When researching bio-energetic EMF protection devices like ours, the only way to compare products from different companies is to examine the research that they have that demonstrates that their products are actually doing something to protect your health from EMF’s. If they do not have such research available, then most likely their products are doing very little or nothing at all.

Products sold as “EMF protection devices” can vary from very effective (like ours and a few others) to having very little effect (many, especially those without research) to outright scams that do nothing (cheap products on Amazon).  So it is incumbent upon you to compare the research from the companies that demonstrates the effectiveness of their products - that is the only way to compare. If I use the EMF Harmony products do I need to be concerned about EMF exposure? Yes, you should always minimize your exposure to EMF radiation, even when using our bio-energetic protection devices. Think of it like any environmental toxin – you want to 1) take measures to protect your health against it, 2) detoxify to remove it, and 3) do whatever is possible to avoid getting exposed to it in the first place. EMF Harmony products can help with the first two, but it is still important to minimize your EMF exposure as well.

Here are a few simple things that can make a big difference in lowering your EMF exposure:

  • Don’t hold the cell phone to your head when talking, use a wired and preferably air tube headset.
  • Don’t sleep with your cell phone near you at night (unless it is in airplane mode).
  • Don’t carry your cell phone in your pocket or against your body (unless it is in airplane mode).
  • Turn your WiFi router off at night. You may use a simple outlet timer so that it happens automatically.
