Shipping Information

What are the charges for shipping and tax?  Shipping within the continental United States is $5 for orders less than $125 and free for orders of $125 or more. Expedited Shipping is $12 for orders less than $200 and free for order of $200 or more. For Alaska, Hawaii, and non-continental U.S. territories shipping is based on the weight of the order and starts at $5. Tax is only charged in the state of Colorado.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?  The products will usually ship within 1 business day from our warehouse in Ohio. Delivery time varies, but your order will generally arrive in 2 to 4 business days with free Standard Shipping, but may take longer depending on your location, time of year, etc. Expedited Shipping will generally arrive in 2 business days, but there is no guarantee on the delivery time. If you are in a hurry we recommend choosing Expedited Shipping, although this option may not be available during checkout if something in your cart is temporarily out of stock.

Important note: Your order may ship via a DHL service that is actually delivered by the post office. If you click on your tracking link and the information is incomplete, please copy the tracking number and paste it into the USPS tracking website at this link:
